For some time I had the idea to make coloring pages. The idea slowly started to grow when I was invited to give a lesson for beekeeper Marcel at the elementary school de Borne in Tilburg, The Netherlands. This lesson was about the anatomy of the bee. I didn’t want to arrive empty handed so I made two coloring pages for the children. Because I focused on the content of the lesson, I had little time for the extras. So the coloring pages were partly made with drawings I had previously made, and a little help from Canva. It looked nice, but it wasn’t entirely my own, of course.
In my enthusiasm, I didn’t want to wait any longer and I made a couple nature-inspired coloring pages that are available for free download.
I hope you enjoy them! I will be publishing new coloring pages once in a while.
What do you think of the coloring pages now online?
